g. Requirements :
• Strong knowledge in Content’s Acquisition & Video Processing such as Multiplexing, Demultiplexing , Scrambling, Video Compression, Simulcrypt , Logo Insertion etc
• Strong knowledge in Networking and Content’s Security System
• Strong knowledge in Unix operating system
• Experience in managing Conditional Access Equipment
• Understanding the SLA implementation (Service Level Agreement)
• Capable to analyze problems and prepare a clear report
• Having high interest in technology trends especially on the Broadcast Technology
• Responsible, mature, good behavior and hardworking
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong communication skills & team player
• Strong personality & leadership

2. Head End Head (HE-HD)

• Strong knowledge in Content’s Acquisition & Video Processing such as streaming, Multiplexing, Demultiplexing , Scrambling etc
• Experience in managing Broadcast Equipment such as TVRO, Encoder, Decoder, Multiplexer, Digital Converter etc
• Understanding the SLA implementation (Service Level Agreement)
• Capable to analyze problems and prepare a clear report
• Responsible, mature, good behavior and strong leadership
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong communication skills & team player

• Having high interest in technology trends especially on the Broadcast Technology

3. Field Engineer Staff (FE-ST)

• Experience in managing cellular network.
• Experience in managing Site Facility, Mechanical & Electrical.
• Experience handling of test measurement tools both of RF Measurement and Mechanical Electrical Measurement.

• Capable to analyze problems and prepare a clear report
• Hard working, highly motivated, active and able to work independently or team work
